My name is Kayce Gorman and I am a professional IFBB figure athlete, fitness, and nutrition coach. I have my own FigureFitMiss Health and Wellness-Scottsdale, Arizona, and work with clients all over the nation through online training as well!!! I LOVE WHAT I DO!!! Sounds vague, right? No, but seriously. Along with having made many successes myself over the past 4 years, there is NO better feeling than helping an individual fight through every mental and physical battle to reach his or her fitness goals and seeing the glow that they never thought they would see in themselves!! THAT is what I strive to do! Just like I have learned with my own journey, through achieving balance and life through fitness, you can overcome obstacles in any area of your life, no matter what you are going through. Enhancing one life at a time or many at a time is what I aim to do and what makes me a better individual, myself.
After building my company over 4 years ago, I have also had many other achievements that I have accomplished and am completely grateful for. I started competing in 2007 when I was at the ripe age of 19. 3 years ago, I got the “itch” again and decided to jump into an amateur figure show in San, Diego, October of 2013. After winning and receiving the Overall Figure Title, I decided that I didn’t want to stop there. Prior to this show, I had attended the USA’s Championships in Vegas to watch some clients and had a fire ignited with in me to compete there one day. Of course, I had to qualify, considering it was a national show (which allows you your IFBB Pro Card if you win) so that is when I competed in San Diego and won the Overall title. I prepped for 17 weeks and went through my journey 100 mph and 110%. I participated in USA’s 2014 and received 3rd place in my figure class (just to fill you in, you need 1st or 2nd to receive your Pro Card). It was such an amazing experience and the journey itself had taught me a lot about myself. Although I had many moments of doubt, fear, and giving up, I NEVER DID.
So what was my next move? Well, of course, I couldn’t stop there!!! I was so close!!! I’m going to try again!!! So I took some time off to enjoy the rest of the year, but did not let up on my training. I received my feedback from the judges and prepped for 15 weeks for USA’s 2015. This day and this moment was an experience I will never forget and in some terms was UNEXPLAINABLE. I won the Overall Figure Champion Title and earned my IFBB Card as a Pro Figure Athlete. I proved to myself that if you can learn to listen, love, and motivate from within, you can make some of the greatest memories and dreams of yours come true. This only has me excited and eager to see what is yet to come!!! Thank you all for visiting my page and I look forward to meeting all of you and helping you make your dreams come true in any way I can!!!!!
Remember when you fall, fall forward and NEVER GIVE UP, NO MATTER WHAT……
